Home / Software / SuperSlicer / Old versions Before you install an older version Note the version you use now and back up your profiles, either with the export option in SuperSlicer or by copying its configuration folder. Choose the version below and open it. Prefer a stable release unless you need a fix that only a pre-release has. Download the file for your system from the official release. A portable ZIP or AppImage can run next to your current installation. Projects saved by a newer version may not open in an older one, so keep a copy of your 3MF files before you switch. Use a tagged GitHub release for repeatable work. The maintainer notes that Linux and macOS builds are compiled but not personally tested; nightly artifacts are better treated as temporary test builds than in-place upgrades.
